This wine derives from a careful selection of the best grapes from the DOCG steep hills, the exclusive territory of production of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco. The slow second fermentation, brought until the almost total breakdown of sugars, and a long period of rest on the noble lees make, give this wine a unique personality. Essential but harmonious, in this wine the vegetal and fruity marks are then superseded by a bread crust note. The taste is definitely dry and balanced, livened up by its marked mineral salinity. It is dedicated to those connoisseurs who look for a sparkling Prosecco Superiore Burt extremely dry, elegant and delicate, without any sweetish interferences.
