Rosé sparkling wine, born from a blend of Glera grapes (85%) and Pinot Noir (15%) vinified as red wine.
After the two grape varieties are vinified separately, the wines are blended to obtain the base wine, which will go through the second fermentation according to the Martinotti-Charmat method for at least two months. This extended “prise de mouse” at low temperature and the following maturation on the noble lees gift this Prosecco Rosé a quirky and elegant personality. The final product is an extroverted sparkling wine, with a fine and persistent perlage and a slight pink shade that reminds of peach flowers.
The young and fresh aromas of acacia flowers and green apple are combined with delicate notes of rose petal, peach and undergrowth red berries.
Once tasted, it releases an exuberant acidic freshness, balanced by a sensation of velvety softness and a delicate flavour that reminds the previous nose sensations.
Excellent as an aperitif and as a mate for joyful gatherings, it matches appetizers and main courses of land and sea magnificently, like shellfish and crustaceans, fresh cheese, fish and vegetarian risottos, pasta with delicate sauces.
